Stop Managing Risk in Spreadsheets. Build a Solution You Can Trust
Optimism is not a project management strategy. Neither is a RAID log that lives in a spreadsheet nobody updates. If something goes wrong, you need a system your team trusts and actually uses. In three live sessions, we’ll build that system together — directly in Smartsheet, tailored to your context.
What You’ll Walk Away With
- A live, working RAID log built directly in your Smartsheet environment
- A Change request workflow your whole team can actually use
- The confidence to maintain, adapt and extend it yourself — without needing a consultant
- Best practices from a former Smartsheet trainer with 6+ years’ experience
- Know My Sheet certificate of completion

How It Works
Three focused 2-hour sessions, delivered live over Zoom, to clients across the UK, US and Europe scheduled around you.
Session 1: Build Your RAID Log. Design and build your Risks, Actions, Issues and Decisions tracker from scratch in Smartsheet, tailored to your context.
Session 2: Add Your Change Workflow. Add a structured change request process, including forms, approvals, notifications and a real-time change log your team can manage.
Session 3: Automate, Report and Hand Over. Add automations, build a dashboard, and leave confident running it yourself, with no dependency on me.
Between Sessions: Self-Study and Assessment. Complete around 4 hours of self-paced learning to reinforce what we build. Finish with a short assessment; pass and receive your Know My Sheet certificate of completion.
Who Is This For?
- Project Managers who need a proper RAID process, not a forgotten spreadsheet
- Operations Leads managing change across multiple workstreams
- Teams being onboarded to Smartsheet who need a fast, practical win
- Companies wanting an in-house solution built and embedded properly

“He has a rare ability to make a technical subject feel approachable without dumbing it down. If you’re evaluating his RAID and Change programme, I’d say go for it.” — Stephanie Stepney, Client
Levon worked with me recently on the delivery of a Smartsheet project management solution for an engineering firm. His services ensured the customer was knowledgeable in advance of the project, allowing them to contribute effectively throughout, with team training to ready the users for a seamless launch.
The customer appreciated his ability to come onsite and cater to differing levels of computer literacy, with the admin training giving the customer the confidence to self-administer the solution for the long term.
“Levon builds skills and capability in the people he trains while inspiring them to find their groove. They leave with the ability to own and extend the solution.” — Stephanie Barbee, Former Customer Education Leader, Smartsheet
Levon is a conscientious and meticulous person and he has supported us with both some digital advice and tips for our YouTube and Zoom meetings and also with software through Smartsheets ranging from interactive planning to collaborative tasks and more.
Levon is always available for support and keen to work around any tweaks or adaptations that may be needed to fit your business. Thank you!
“Working with Levon is not only an investment in a tool, but also an investment in upskilling yourself and your team.” — Amy McKenna, Training Leader

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, and it plugs in more naturally than you might think. Review your RAID during sprint planning to catch risks and dependencies early, flag blockers in standups as issues, and use it in retrospectives as a lessons learned record.
In scaled Agile environments with multiple teams running parallel sprints, a shared RAID log gives leadership the cross-team visibility that no individual sprint board can. The key is ownership — assign it to the Scrum Master or Product Owner and keep it actively maintained, not treated as a one-off document.
Both versions exist and you’ll come across them. In this programme, A = Actions and D = Decisions because they need active management throughout the entire project — constantly being created, assigned and resolved.
Assumptions and Dependencies are still important, but since they both carry inherent risk, they’re best logged as Risks rather than given their own category.
