Know My Sheet Ltd is registered in England and Wales (company no. 16353706). We provide Smartsheet training, coaching, and consulting services to individuals and organisations.

We offer a range of services including instructor-led training programmes, coaching sessions, and consulting engagements. The specific deliverables, format, and duration of each service are described on the relevant product or service page at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, live training and coaching sessions are delivered online via Zoom. You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, and Zoom account. We are not liable for disruption caused by your technical issues.

Where session recordings are provided, they are made available for download for a defined period communicated at delivery. We do not guarantee indefinite online availability of recordings.

Where a service requires you to hold a specific software licence or subscription (for example, a paid Smartsheet Business or Enterprise plan), this will be stated on the product page. We do not provide third-party licences as part of our services. We reserve the right to postpone delivery if a required licence is not in place. No refund will be issued solely on the basis of not holding a qualifying licence.

Our services rely on third-party platforms including Smartsheet, Zoom and Stripe. We are not liable for outages or failures beyond our control. If a session cannot proceed due to platform failure, we will reschedule at no additional cost.

Prices are displayed in GBP, USD, or EUR as shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely via Stripe; we do not store your payment details.

GBP: Subject to UK VAT at the prevailing rate, calculated and added at checkout.

USD: Inclusive of all applicable charges.

EUR: Exclusive of VAT. Available to EU business customers only. You will need to provide a valid EU VAT number at checkout. The reverse charge mechanism applies — you are responsible for accounting for VAT in your own country. Know My Sheet Ltd does not charge VAT on EU sales.

US and all other non-UK/EU customers: no VAT applies.

Depending on your country of residence, you may have statutory cancellation rights under applicable consumer protection law — including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (EU member states). These rights are not excluded by these Terms.

If you request that your service begins within any statutory cancellation period, you acknowledge that your right to cancel will be lost once the first session has commenced, to the extent permitted by your local law. By confirming your session date, you are deemed to have made this request.

To cancel under your statutory rights before your service begins, contact levon@knowmysheet.com within 14 days of purchase.

We reserve the right to exclude a delegate from a session if their behaviour is disruptive or unprofessional, or if their existing knowledge is such that the instructor cannot deliver the service as described. No refund will be issued in the event of delegate exclusion.

All materials provided as part of our services — including workbooks, recordings, slides, and other content — remain the intellectual property of Know My Sheet Ltd. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence for your own learning purposes only. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or republish any materials. Team licences apply within your organisation only, limited to the agreed number of participants.

We will deliver our services with reasonable skill and care but do not guarantee any specific outcome or level of proficiency. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profit. We are not liable for failures caused by third-party platforms or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Statement. Our lawful basis for EU customers is performance of a contract. Your data may be processed in the UK and US by third-party providers including Zoom and Stripe. By purchasing, you consent to this transfer.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
